About "Jet"...Jerry Genis is an excellent vocalist and a very diverse percussionist. Jerry's powerful, soulful vocal style really puts an edge on the BlockLogik vocals, and is the perfect lead for numbers such as "Mustang Sally" by Wilson Pickett, "Them Changes" by Buddy Miles, and "It's Not My Cross To Bear" by the Allman Brothers. His stage presence contributes greatly to the over-all presentation of the show. Jerry has performed lead and backing vocals, played percussion and participated in the songwriting with BlockLogik for nearly 15 years, including songs such as "Eastbound". |
